Le mardi c'est permis!

Assez fatiguee par les reveils de PG et un peu bloquee dnas mon boulot par l'absence de ma chef, je me suis accordee un journee de conges mardi. J'ai paresse (un tout petit peu) au lit en ecoutant 2000 ans d'histoire ( pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas c'est une emission de France Inter passionante c'est la- tant que j'y suis il y aussi les chroniques d'Alexandre Adler sur France Culture, top ! Merci Itunes !) puis direction le Musee des Civilisations Asiatiques (ACM) ou il y a une expo sur le boudhisme : On Nalanda trail. J'y suis allee avec Veronique et c'etait super ! Le Musee est magnifique un peu hermetique sans guide. C'est la que l'on se rend compte de notre culture judeo chretienne base sur les Grecs, les romains et un peu les Egyptiens. masi alors les royaumes hindu ou boudhistes.... raison de plus pour s'y plonger !

L'expo est vraiment tres bien et la guide etait entouhousiaste et pedagogique. voila ce qui est promis:

During the past, many Asian countries interacted with each other through peaceful means via religion, trade and political missions. Many Chinese pilgrims went to India for Buddhist studies while Indian monks went to China to disseminate the faith. The footprints of Buddhist pilgrims can be seen over the Silk Road all along Central, northwest India as well as the Southeast Asia. Traversing India to modern Pakistan, Afghanistan, Central Asia, Tibet, China, Korea and Japan, Java, Sumatra, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos - Buddhism not only affected the lives and cultures in those regions but also left us with a legacy in the arts and literature.

This exhibition will highlight some of the significant landmarks in Buddhist history, through the travel records of the monks Faxian, Xuanzang, Yijing and the spread of Buddhism at centres of higher learning such as Nalanda in eastern India which was visited by many students from all over the Asian world. The exhibition will be illustrated and accompanied by a display of Buddhist art and artefacts borrowed from museums in India and Southeast Asia and will include some objects from the ACM’s own collection.

PS: pour votre culture, Nalanda etait une universite boudhiste tres floreissante entre le 4em et le 12eme siecle au Nord de Delhi pas loin du lieu de naissance de Sidharta qui deviendra Boudha.. Pour plus d'infos : Nalanda

Apres un dejeuner sympa de poules, repos a la maison en avancant mes projets de cadeau de naissance pour mon neveu !
